How InvoiceBold handles information collected through this website.

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

InvoiceBold is operated by UrenaTech LLC, based in Naugatuck, Connecticut, United States. This policy covers this website, newsletter subscriptions, and enquiries sent to us. It does not describe the processing of invoice records, customer information, or payment information inside a separate InvoiceBold application. Any application or paid service must provide the privacy information applicable to that service.

2. Information you provide

When you subscribe to updates, we collect the email address you submit. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any attachments or other information you choose to include. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive information in an enquiry.

3. Information collected when you visit

Our website server processes technical information such as your IP address, requested pages, request times, browser information, and errors to deliver pages and maintain the service. WordPress and Elementor support the website and its forms. Newsletter submissions are stored in the website database. Cookies and similar browser storage are explained in our Cookie Policy.

4. What we use information for

We use subscription details to manage your request for product news and updates. We use correspondence to answer questions and keep relevant support records. Technical information helps us deliver pages, diagnose problems, prevent misuse, and keep the website working. Information may also be needed to meet applicable legal obligations or resolve a dispute. We do not use a newsletter subscription as permission to publish your email address.

5. Legal grounds and your choices

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on consent for requested marketing communications; our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and operating a secure website, balanced against your rights; and legal obligations when they apply. You can withdraw marketing consent by emailing us or using an unsubscribe option in a message, where provided. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

6. Providers, external resources, and disclosures

Authorised personnel and providers supporting hosting, website operation, or correspondence may access information where necessary for those tasks. Pages may request fonts from Google Fonts; this sends technical request information, including your IP address, to Google when the resource loads. Links to app stores or other external sites lead to services with their own privacy practices. We may disclose information where legally required, to address fraud or threats, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards.

7. Retention and security

We keep subscription records while needed to manage the subscription and its preferences. Correspondence and technical records are kept for the purposes described above, including any applicable legal or dispute-related needs. You may ask us to delete information that is no longer needed. There is no automatic deletion schedule stated here. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no system or transmission method can eliminate every risk.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may be entitled to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. Contact us to make a request. We may request proportionate information to verify identity and explain any legal reason we cannot fulfil a request. Where applicable, you may complain to your local data-protection regulator. Exercising a legal privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination.

9. International visitors and children

The operator is based in the United States. Information may be handled in the United States or where relevant providers operate, subject to applicable transfer requirements. This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.

10. Updates and contact

We will revise the date on this page when the policy changes and provide additional notice where required. For privacy questions, deletion requests, or subscription preferences, contact UrenaTech LLC at [email protected]. See also our Cookie Policy and Terms and Conditions.
